Pretty straight forward. You have an idea you want to play out with Finarfin, throw up a starter or plotting comment and we'll go from there. Haven't threaded with me before but want to try something different than how you found this journal? That's fine too! I'm always open to new RP partners. Feanaro is backing up, fear warping into rage.

"Why should I come with you, stranger? For all I know this is your doing. What have you done to my father?"

[elfoflight]

...Could he...? France stepped after him with a sigh, not willing to leave Feanaro alone here, where everything was strange.

"Nothing. I would never harm my own father. I have changed, Feanaro, that much is plain for all eyes to see. I would not harm him, nor will I harm you."

He snarls at him, arms coming up defensively, more afraid than truly angry, although with Feanaro, the emotions have always run close together.

"I don't know you."

France stopped then and held his hands out, palms up to show he meant no harm. Then he started to sing softly, a song that had often escaped his conscious memory. But with his brother standing there? It came back.

A song that Feanaro had sung to him when he'd been very very small and when nothing else would make him sleep.

Feanor freezes, confusion chasing the anger away.

"You... How do you know that song?"

A soft smile peeked out, fond affection of memory in his face and voice.

"I was a handful as a child and my eldest brother Feanaro sung it to me to make me sleep."

"........................Ara?"

Feanaro's hands come down and he squints at France in confusion, obviously looking for the baby brother's (half-brother!) features in the grown stranger across from him.
